Unexpected death 11yr policy lapses

Thank you for taking time to read our story. Last night my father passed away. This was very unexpected. He was sitting watching tv with his friend and they thought he fell asleep. But he was not sleep he was not breathing. They brought him back momentarily.
My father had a life insurance policy for over 11 years. Apparently it lapsed 3months ago. So now he has no life insurance and we have no money to bury him.
He has a loving wife they have been together over 40 years. He is a loving grandfather "poppy" to 3 grandchildren he sees every day!
My father would give anyone the shirt off his back and food in their belly because he loved helping any and everyone that needed help even knowing he was struggling.
I am and always have been a daddy's girl. We are so much alike. My father was all about his family. And would do anything for us and really for anyone that was is need.
He only has 2 children me and my brother with his wife of 40+ years.
I am hoping that anyone that knew the type of man my father was or anyone who knew him or anyone who has a heavy heart for us can find it in your hearts to give a donation to help cover funeral cost.
No donation is to small any help is greatly needed.
