ABOUT US:
Uncertain Curtain Productions is a Bendigo-based theatre group that aims to facilitate a creative process that enables people who identify as neurodiverse to develop skills and confidence through the performing arts. We formed in 2018 and have since produced two plays, Max Pry, Private Eye (2018) and Bubble Bubble! An Absurd Retelling of the Brothers Grimm’s The Frog Prince (2019). Our next production is an abridged version of William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTION:
Rehearsals are well underway for A Midsummer Night's Dream, but we need your help to finance the production. We have a small budget, but would love to dream big and make this as spectacular as we can possibly achieve. All the money raised through the GoFundMe campaign would go towards buying the materials for costumes and props, buying or hiring the lights to make the performance space look ethereal, and covering the costs for the hiring of both the rehearsal and performance spaces. The more money we raise, the more extravagant we can get!
Performances are April 23rd & 24th and May 1st & 2nd on the surface at the Central Deborah Gold Mine. Performances will begin at 5:00pm.
WHAT DO YOU GET OUT OF IT?
Everyone who donates will have their name published in the program in thanks of your support.
- If you donate $20 or more, you get a free program (which you will be able to get signed by the cast if you wish).
- If you donate $40 or more, you get a free program and a poster.
- If you donate $60 or more, you get a free program, a poster, and 2 complimentary drinks from the bar when you arrive for the performance.
- If you donate $100 or more, you get a free program, a poster, 2 complimentary drinks from the bar when you arrive, AND 2 free tickets to see the performance of your choosing!
