Una coppia, una carrozzina e il giro del mondo

Ciao,

siamo una coppia, ci chiamiamo Lidia e Andrea, e siamo amanti dei viaggi e dell'avventura.

Cosa ci differenzia da tutti gli altri?

Io (Andrea) ho una patologia chiamata “Osteogenesi Imperfetta” e uso la carrozzina.

Essere in carrozzina potrebbe essere un limite per molti, ma per noi non lo è.

Abbiamo deciso di viaggiare per sei mesi attraverso cinque continenti e partiremo a gennaio 2023.

Vogliamo far vedere che il viaggio non può e non deve essere limitato solo a una certa categoria di persone, e il nostro scopo è quello di ispirare chiunque a viaggiare… nonostante “le circostanze.”

Un viaggio di questo genere richiede un certo tipo di organizzazione e risorse, e il contributo che vorremmo raccogliere, ci aiuterebbe a coprire i costi che sosterremo per l'affitto di auto adattate, van e trasporti in generale.

Per il momento non vi sveleremo le mete del nostro viaggio, ma lo faremo periodicamente attraverso i video che pubblicheremo sul nostro canale YouTube aRoadToGo e sul nostro profilo Instagram.

Hi,

We are a couple, our names are Lidia and Andrea, and we are travel and adventure's lovers.

What differentiates us from everyone else?

I (Andrea) have a pathology called "Osteogenesis Imperfecta" and I use a wheelchair.

Being in a wheelchair could be a limitation for many, but it is not for us.

We have decided to travel for six months across five continents and we will leave in January 2023.

We want to show that travel cannot and should not be limited to only a certain category of people, and our aim is to inspire anyone to travel… despite “the circumstances.”

A trip of this kind requires a certain type of organization and resources, and the contribution we would like to collect would help us cover the costs we will incur for the rental of adapted cars, vans and transports in general.

At the moment we will not reveal the destinations of our journey, but we will do so periodically through the videos that we will publish on our YouTube channel aRoadToGo and on our Instagram profile.
