Soy LUIS CLEMENTE PEREIRA HERNANDEZ, DE 59 AÑOS, VENEZOLANO residenciado en Calabozo Edo. Guarico.
Paciente con CARDIOPATIA MIXTA CHAGASICA e ISQUEMIA DILATADA CON DISFUNCION SISTOLICA SEVERA, con evolución trópica en ECG con empeoramiento de clase funcional con BLOQUEO AVANZADO EN LA RAMA IZQUIERDA, además de historia de arritmia ventricular tipo bigenimismo y trigenimismo,
asistiendo regularmente a control y consultas medicas en el HOSPITAL CLINICO UNIVERSITARIO, INSTITUTO DE MEDICINA TROPICAL y en el HOSPITAL RANUAREZ BALSA DE SAN JUAN DE LOS MORROS, EDO. GUARICO debido a la naturaleza de la misma enfermedad, se ha afectando el funcionamiento cardiovascular que actualmente presento problemas que ameritan la implantación de un MARCAPASOS RESINCRONIZADOR-DESFIBRILADOR TRICAMERAL como se indica en el INFORME MEDICO emanado de consulta Cardiológica en el Hospital Pérez Carreño, donde asisto dada mi situación económica. Recurro a ustedes motivado en primer lugar a mi precaria situación económica y de salud, dado que requiero de forma Urgente el MARCAPASOS RESINCRONIZADOR-DESFIBRILADOR TRICAMERAL para una mejor calidad de vida y tratar de conservar el corazón unos años mas; y en segundo lugar por lo costoso del MARCAPASOS RESINCRONIZADOR-DESFIBRILADOR TRICAMERAL, QUE SE ENCUENTRA EN UN ORDEN DE $18.000 que no lo puedo costear económicamente y no cuento con póliza de seguro privada y dada mi disminuida “fracción de eyección” no he podido realizar ninguna actividad laboral. Razones por las cuales acudo ante ustedes a fin de que interpongan sus buenos oficios, a fin de proveerme lo necesario para la implantación del MARCAPASOS RESINCRONIZADOR-DESFIBRILADOR TRICAMERAL. De antemano muchas gracias, en espera de su oportuna respuesta en forma positiva.

My name is Luis Clemente Pereira Hernandez a 59 years old Venezuelan living in Calabozo, Guarico, Venezuela.
I’m a patient with chagasic mixed cardiopathy and dilated ischemia with severe systolic dysfunction, with trophic evolution in ECG with worsening of functional class with advanced block in the left branch, in addition to history of ventricular arrhythmia type bigenimism and trigenism. I go to regular checkups and control at “Hospital Clinico Universitario” of Caracas in its Tropical Medicine Institute, and at “Hospital Ranuarez Balsa” in San Juan de los Morros, Guarico. Given the nature of my illness, the cardiovascular functioning has worsen, I’m currently presenting problems that deserve the implantation of a tricameral resincronizer-defibrillator pacemaker, as stated in my medical report from my latest cardiologic examination at “Hospital Perez Carreño” where I’ve been driven to assist due my economical situation.
I resort to you because this are difficult times for me and my family economically and health related, I urgently need this Pacemaker and it costs around $18.000 which I cannot economically cover as It is impossible to make even more than 2USD monthly in Venezuela, I am also no covered by any Insurance company because I’m not suitable for their policies, and given my decreased ejection fraction I am not able to work.
That’s why I’m resorting to your good will, maybe you can help with a dollar here and there or know someone that’s able to donate the pacemaker.
