Jon Stack

Hi, my name is Craig and I want to raise funds for the funeral of Jon Stack. Jon was a much loved and greatly respected member of the bed and site team at Queens and King George’s hospitals. He has died under the most tragic of circumstances and was only 50 years old. Jon is survived by his life partner Kate, and his son Joseph who is 15. Jon had worked his whole nursing career at our trust, and for over 20 years he has touched the lives of countless people with his generosity, kindness and extraordinary capacity to help others. Jon was a true gentleman and was greatly loved by all of our team. We now grieve and mourn his loss. Jon was also the most devoted family man, as much as he loved work he couldn’t wait to get home and be with Kate and Joseph. His happiest times were with them, and Jon was the proudest father I know. If anyone can contribute and help to support Kate and Joseph at this time that would be appreciated beyond words.
