UMD for Puerto Rico

The people of Puerto Rico need your help now more than ever. As many of you might know, Puerto Rico has been devastated and almost entirely destroyed by the effects of Hurricane María. The consequences of this storm have cost everyone in Puerto Rico their quality of life. Currently, many residents do not have access to food, water, and electricity. I believe that the University of Maryland community has the ability to come together as one and join forces to raise funds towards helping the people of Puerto Rico get past this awful tragedy.  All proceeds from this GoFundme will be given to Unidos por Puerto Rico, a public-private initiative started by the office of the First Lady of Puerto Rico, Beatriz Isabel Roselló.  To learn more about her initiative and how the money we raise will positively impact the live of the people of Puerto Rico, go to: http://unidosporpuertorico.com/en/
