My sons medical treatment

My name is Gonzalo I am a 100 percent service connected veteran I had a son his name is Matteo he was born in the Philippines and my insurance does not cover my son overseas ,he was born sick with Pneumonia and a Fungal infection he is currently in the ICU in St Elizabeth hospital in the Philippines he was been here for 50 days and counting I have spent 4 thousand dollars on medicine and medical supplies since the family is responsible for those things here .I spent 2 thousand dollars in the previous hospital were he was born and I gave  a 2 thousand dollar  downpayment  here  so he could he admitted ,without any money he would not have gotten treatment, I have spent a total of 8 thousand dollars . Matteomhas heen here in the ICU  50 daysI have a partial bill of  18 thousand dollars and counting minus 20 percent for my Wife's medical insurance( Philhealth) and the 2 two thousand dollars downpayment I have a current partial billing of 13 thousand dollars and running .  He is still under the medical equipment in the ICU with signs of improvement but still not able to breath on his own without the treacheal tube going down his throat , he has a bed side nurse by his side and 2 doctors monitoring his condition hopefully he will be healed soon Godwilling that will happen soon since he has had  a tube going down his throat for 50 days while it is only  meant to be inside his throat for 2 weeks  it can cause severe damage to his vocal cords ! We needed a treacheal tube size 1 so it could be inserted in his treachea but we could not find one in the entire Philippines size 1 for baby treacheal tube is extremely hard to find even in the United States . I am asking for help only because I truly needed thankyou for listening to my situation
