UHCL NSBE Fundraiser to NSBE48 Convention

The 48th National NSBE Convention NSBE Convention will be in Anaheim California, with over 100 companies in attendance. Learn more about the conference here https://convention.nsbe.org/ . Our goal is to have at least 10 UHCL NSBE members in attendance!
The Convention will consist of unique networking opportunities for our students to meet with and get interviewed and hired by companies in their respective career fields. Our members will also be able to present their undergraduate and graduate level research and have the opportunity professional competitions, such as Hackathons, Debates and Elevator Pitch Competitions. We will be surrounded by like minded individuals who all want to excel academically, succeed professionally, and positively impact the community! There will also be Professional Development Workshops and Leadership Training Workshops to ensure that our NSBE members are upholding our core values in our mission statement by succeeding professionally and growing as a well rounded student!
There will be many other opportunities at the 5 day Convention, such as:
* Company Hospitality Suites
* Career Fair
* Interviews
* Networking Mixers
* NSBE Awards Ceremony
* Workshop Tracks
* Drone Light Show
* NSBE Motor Show
