Trish & Jamie Blatt Fire relief

I am sharing this story in the hopes of helping my sister and brother-in-law and their family after losing everything to a fire in their home Friday night in Huntington WV. Their home was a multi-unit and my Mom and Dad occupied one of the units as well.  By the grace of God, everyone made it out safely because their young son, who happens to be autistic, knew just what to do by alerting the adults and calling 911.  They aren't  even sure if the home can be salvaged and the coming days will provide more answers as the insurance adjusters determine what the next steps are.  In the meantime, they have literally lost everything. ...they have lost "home base". Things we take for granted in our day-to-day lives are all gone.  Their friends and family are helping to provide shelter, clothing and essentials  for the time being but this will be a very long road. They have three grandchildren that are in their care much of the time and their special-needs son is  having the toughest time as he requires routine and normalcy to successfully make it through the day.  My sister is a beautiful, kind soul and she and her husband do so much for others without blinking an eye. It's how they have always lived their lives.  My heart breaks that I can't do more for them, especially because I live so far away. Any amount that you can find it in your hearts to donate will be greatly appreciated! Please keep them in your prayers!
