Funeral Expenses

On Wednesday around noon Kelly was found in her home unresponsive on the bedroom floor by her sister, Dawn. Emergency services were called and en route to Southeast Kelly suffered a seizure in the back of the ambulance. Once at the hospital, she had a CT of her head done where doctors found a 7mm intraparenchymal hemorrhage on the left side of her brain. Dr. Bentley at southeast put in a drainage tube to relieve some of the inner cranial pressure, but then the tube began to clot and her physician thought it should be removed seeing as the damage to her brain had already been done and it would end up causing more harm than good, due to the possibility of infection. She had lab work and EEG's done showing that she had no brain activity, so her physician declared her "brain dead" and by Alabama state law once a declaration has been made, they have 24 hours to take the patient off of life support. So Kelly will be taken off of life support at 12pm tomorrow, October 19th. This incident completely caught her family off guard and  the proper financial support was not in place due to how fast everything happened.
