Seeking Assistance

I'm asking assistance by anyone who is able to help. Due to a nasty motorbike wreck earlier this year that caused a massive amount of nerve damage to the lower extremities of my body. I am unable to work and have no foreseeable income for the time being. 
Any assistance will go to the basics like medications, doctors visits, physical therapy, food e.t.c. anything big or small will be greatly appreciated. Thank you and God bless.
