Cancer Benefit
The University at Albany's Pre-Law Association is hosting a Cancer benefit to help Kelsey Caligiuri's mother. Kelsey is a Junior at the university, a leader on campus, and a joy to be around. Unfortunately, her mother has been diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma and Kelsey has been forced to bear the brunt of the finances needed to cover the medical expenses. Kelsey also travels to Long Island as often as possible in order to take care of her mother, who has been in the hospital for over six months. In hosting this cancer benefit, we hope to alleviate some of the fiscal burden Kelsey is facing. We are collecting donations as well as selling tickets to the benefit which will be held on May 2, 2014 in the Campus Center Ballroom from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM. All of the proceeds we collect throught the process will be given to Kelsey.
