Jay Lewis Medical Expenses

As many of you know our great friend Jay was involved in a very serious auto accident on 2/20/16.  He sustained several serious injuries.  He broke his back in 3 places, broke his neck, broke all his ribs on one side, had a collapsed lung and a deep gash on the back of his head.  The doctors have also told his family that he will most likely never walk again.  It truly is a miracle he is still alive!  He has a very long road ahead of him to heal from these injuries. He has already been through one surgery and will require several more.  He is also going to need extensive rehab & physical therapy.

Anyone who knows Jay knows what a great guy he is.  He's always there with a smile and a joke to make you laugh, the first one to lend a hand when you need anything.  He's the guy who will hold your hand during your worst moments and tell you everything will be ok.  He's been through a rough 6 months already and now he faces bigger challenges than most of us will ever face. 

Now it's our turn to show him how much we love him and support him through his worst moments.  I am starting this campaign to raise money for his family to care for him and continue the extensive medical treatment he will need.   Your generosity is truly appreciated and will never be forgotten!
