Please help me with medical bills

Hello. I research the intersection of disability and identities from a cultural rhetorics approach. I teach mostly first year composition and intermediate writing at a 4 year university in Detroit. I also spend time tutoring other college students in the Detroit area. I provide writing tutoring to a group of women that have immigrated from Lebanon. I have two kids. One just started high school. I also give presentations at my university about teaching students with disability, since before becoming chronically ill, I was born with cerebral palsy and have needed some accommodation in physical spaces in my K-16 experience. Like I stated above, I have always had Cerebral Palsy, and had numerous surgical procedures to aid in walking. I now use a cane and a wheelchair due to not only the CP, but also my autoimmune diseases. A few years ago, I found out I had lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. Now I have mixed connective tissue disorders, Hashimotos, and Multiple Sclerosis. These things have caused me to incur a lot of medical bills. I now have good insurance through my employer, but I have gone without insurance before 2013. In 2013 I got United Healthcare with a high deductible and very little coverage

I have been able to pay down my medical debt (that I owe this specific healthcare system...I have many more other medical debts)from 38,500 to the amount I am requesting now. I accrued this much debt because I had inadequate insurance through United Healthcare until 2015. In 2014, I was placed in the ICU due to a near death set of complications caused by lupus and other autoimmune disorders. This debt now keeps me from getting a much needed back surgery. If you could help me, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

I have had to update my goal because I am being forced to move out of my rental property, as it is inaccessible, and my landlord refuses to make it so. I have been given 30 days to move. I will need 3750 to move my family to a nearby area (this includes the typical rent plus 1.5x security deposit). I will lower the goal when I am able to come up with more money
