Help 2 students keep their home

Hello all! I am creating this go fund me page in order to help two of my students who are in need of support during a very difficult time. Since Thanksgiving, their mother has been in the hospital fighting a very serious case of pneumonia. Their mother is a single-mom who has survived cancer and many other health issues while always continuing to work multiple jobs to provide for her family. Both boys are working very hard to just graduate high school with many odds stacked against them. Amidst all of this, their mother received word from doctors that she will most likely not be able to work any longer, and there is no discharge date in sight. Rent for their home is paid through Jan 4th, but after that, the family has nothing. While both boys work part-time jobs and are trying their best to contribute, it will not pay the bills, and they are at a very serious risk for becoming homeless. At our school, we have an amazing food pantry and the boys are taken care of with their need for food. The money that is raised on this page will be given directly to the leasing office of their apartment complex in order to pay rent for the upcoming months.

To all who don't know me or the two students directly, they are two of the most hard-working, polite young men that I have ever met. They truly have everything working against them, and they just keep pushing forward in order to graduate high school and make a better future for themselves. To all of my closest friends and family, if you were thinking of getting me anything for Christmas, knowing that these two boys have a roof over their heads would be the best gift I could ask for.
