Jackie Wayne Morrow Prosthetic Fund

Jackie is my neighbor and friend.  He had his leg removed below the knee due to diabetes.  He is in need
of a prosthetic so that he can walk again.  He only has
medicaid and they will not pay for the leg.  He has no other income to help pay for the prosthetic.  I am asking as a friend to help me raise the funds in order to help
him get this done.  He is very active even in a wheelchair
he cooks and keeps his house.
