Hurricane Harvey Help for my family

My name is Sara Acevedo from Katy, TX, my sister, Lisa Acevedo, lives in the  Canyon Gate Community in Katy, TX with her family.  They were placed under mandatory evacuation and the national guard is now posted outside not letting anyone in except to rescue pets left behind for at least 2 weeks.  This picture was take 08/31, two days after the rain stopped in Katy by a neighbor who was let in to rescue his cats.  They have been told at least 3' of water has entered the homes in this community and i just want to get prepared to get the work done needed to get them back home.   Money donated here will go towards supplies for cleaning their home of debris and mold ect, replacing and fixing flood damages to their home (carpet, tile, cabnetry, walls, insulation, baseboards ect). I have attached drone footage of the damage done in her neighborhood here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=3&v=a8waMEzsZno
