SURGERY FOR VERA

My dog Vera is only 19 months old and has been perfect for my family ever since we got her. She was not the same happy go lucky Vera for two weeks, and had been throwing up at least twice a day sometimes even 3. Finally we had to get her in the vet and the vet said she’s developing too many white blood cells and has developed pyrometro and needed to have a full hysterectomy and fight the infection that has spread, surgery is critical to do very soon before she goes septic so not much time to come up with the money. Things only got worse 20 mins after I found out she needed a surgery that cost $3,200, they call me back and say she has gone critical and would die if she did not have surgery surgery right away so the couple days was now one day! Without hesitation I said please save my baby. I never prayed and I slept in the parking lot in my car until she was out of surgery . So I tried everything to find some kind of help but of course it was late and could not get through to anyone! She only had a 58% chance of making it out of the surgery that was not guaranteed but would still have to pay whether she made it or not! Thank god the surgery was a success, but I was now faced with reality when I go to take her home they ask how I would like to pay? My dog is a part of the family and is worth every cent. But now I have a $3000 vet bill that doesn’t have a payment plan! I was blessed enough to find Lucky Dog who are blessing my family with help paying for any follow up appointments and test! But still left with the $3000 bill that I could not get help with!
