I am trying to raise money for my dad, Jim Stevenson. Jim lost his leg to diabetes 7 years ago and sadly lost the other leg about 8 weeks ago. We found out on the 23rd December that he will be losing part of his arm too, due to circulatory issues, at the end of January. 

Jim has always been active and sociable and friend to all.  He made the front page of the Paisley daily express before he lost his leg for running into a burning building to save a neighbour. 

My dad is finding it hard just now as he is really notable to leave the house and is feeling more and more isolated. We are hoping we can raise some money towards a powered wheelchair to help him retain his independence. 

We are trying to raise something towards the £5500 it would cost for the electric 1 handed power chair for my dad. Anything you could donate would be a massive help xxx
