He was the most kind hearted and funniest person anyone close to Jerome would know. He made such an impact on the lives of those around him. Always bringing the light out of any situation. He made everything better. However as he lived in new addington on the edge of Croydon/Bromley it is classed as "across the border" for him to be buried in the nearby Biggin Hill cemetery and so the cost is too high for his family who wish him to be buried close to home, his friends, his girlfriend and where he spent a vast amount of his life. Thank you so much for your time and we appreciate any help we can get.
