Tyler Bandelin's health battle

Tyler has been very ill for 2 1/2 years now. He has had endoscopies, 2 colonoscopies, blood work, stool samples, cat scans, x-rays, ultrasounds and was given no answers for over two years. Sick 24/7 however still managing to work full time. He would schedule appointments around his work schedule rather than miss work or ask for time off. Last month his health took a turn for the worse and he was hospitalized for his diabetes. He was discharged and his health has detiorated. He is down to 85 pounds and back in the hospital. We brought him in because he was in so much pain from his Ankylosis spondylitis and losing even more weight and not feeling any better or getting any answers! He is seeing an opthalmologist for his eye inflammation and found out he has the hla-b27 gene. And autoimmune disorders. They can't figure out what is wrong. Today we found out he has to wear a catheter for a month and then will need to use a catheter the rest of his life because the wall to his bladder has thickened and his kidney is in really really bad shape! They are trying to figure out what type of infection they are dealing with. They have an infectious doctor, gastroenterologist, opthalmologist, rheumatologist, endocrinologist involved. However there are now talks of moving him to Mayo. He will for sure be out of work at least a month so far and that's without finding out what what is wrong with him or the treatment plan. Any help from anyone would be so greatly appreciated so he can focus on his health and not worry about his car payment, rent, and everyday expenses. He is the kindest, sweetest, most generous, hard working man I know. And it breaks my heart making this post. Thank you all in advance. Anything would be appreciated!!
