Tylan (tye) suffers from quadriplegic cerebral palsy affecting all 4 limbs,epilepsy, chronic lung disease apnoea and high risk of sudep as stops breathing when deep sleeping.
Overtime Tye has learned to use 1 arm as he uses an ipad to communicate as he can only speak a few words. He is wheel chair bound and we are aiming to raise enough money to buy him a special bed which allows him to come out if his wheelchair in the daytime for a few hours each day, this supports his curved spine as lots of accessories are needed for each individual depending on thror complexed needs. He will be able to semi stand in the correct posture,lie down and tilted to any position whilst still learning in his class preventing anymore curving of his spine, pressure sores, bone disfiguring due to being in seating position for do long everyday, it will be lifechanging as he is a smart boy and loves learning about computers etc. He will also be able to use his ipad whilst in the acheeva bed and give him correct posture support his spine needs.tye list his father in February and i his mother is doing everything possible to make this happen but is very hard doing this alone.
