Kades Heart Transplant Fund

Kade has been re admitted to the hospital for severe heart transplant rejection. Kade will have to undergo some extensive treatment  in the hospital throughout the next several weeks.

We are raising funds to help with the additional expenses related to Kades hospital stay .
