Hello All!
We are Treasure Valley Church of Christ, a small congregation of 80, a part of the International Church of Christ, whose clear vision is to be the light God calls us to be in the beautiful state of Idaho. According to Forbes Magazine, Boise, Idaho was the fastest growing city in the country between 2017 and 2018, and the Treasure Valley, including cities like Meridian, has tripled in population over the past 20 years. Since 1993, we’ve been a nomadic church, renting buildings across the Valley to use for our Sunday services, but over the past three years, we’ve had a vision to secure a permanent building that not only allows us to have a meeting place we can call our own, but also one that focuses on community outreach and bringing in those who are seeking the Lord.
We have identified a property that we feel, with God’s guidance and blessing, would be a wonderful fit for this vision. We have asked our congregation to come up with ways they could assist in creative fundraising, that would allow us to secure the remaining monies needed for the down payment, and that’s where we ask you to come in! We are hoping to raise $112,000 by October 24th, and we believe that although it’s a big goal, with God nothing is impossible.
We hope you will consider investing in our church’s permanent home, but more importantly, we hope you will consider investing in the outreach to the many souls that are moving daily into the beautiful Treasure Valley. We also ask lovingly that you keep us in your prayers as we seek to make God’s vision for the Treasure Valley come to life. We are the only ICOC church in the state of Idaho, and we desire to use this potential building to really invest in our community, and hopefully grow our congregation as well.
