T-shirts for Tahlia

2 weeks ago, 20-year-old Tahlia finally took the courageous step to spread her wings and move out of home! She took all her personal belongings, used her savings to buy whitegoods, and furnished her new little rental in Gidgegannup, ready for her new adventure. Her favorite new room was her art room, where she was planning to create custom paintings for family and friends. 

This morning, Tahlia received the devastating news that her beautiful little home had burned to the ground in the devastating bushfires. She had little time to evacuate, and grabbed only her "knickers and a photo album". 

Tahlia says, "The beginning of this year was meant to be a big adventure with me moving out of home and within 2 weeks I’d been evacuated due to an emergency bushfire warning. We got the devastating news this afternoon that the house did not survive the fire. Firies are doing an incredible job at fighting and I’m grateful for their work and dedication, keep your prayers up for them."

Because she had only been gone a short time, insurance was not yet in place. Who imagines something like this might happen 14 days after leaving home? Not me!
