National TSA Conference
I am a part of a non-profit organization called The Technology Student Association (TSA). TSA is a organization that gives students the opportunity to learn leadership skills, prepare for college, and have fun creating projects that are showcased in a competition against other members. At our recent State competition in SeaTac, I qualified for the TSA National conference in Washington, DC. This will be my second year at Nationals, and I'm really excited to share the hard work my group and I put into our projects with other members across the nation. In order to participate, I need to pay for my flight and hotel, as well as admission into the conference. The fee for this is $1135.
I know there are many other great charities and causes that need money more than me, but I also want to do what I can to help raise funds for this event. I have worked very hard to get here, and I would be very disappointed if I was unable to go. If I happen to make any extra funds, it will go to my Chapter so other students may go that need assistance.
