Truck Repair for Route 91 Transport

I was one of the victims and first responders in the Route 91 tragedy. I used my own vehicle to transport victims to Desert Springs Hospital and saved 14 people's lives who had been hurt at the concert. I have fell on hard times with trying to get my truck repaired and that is my reason for this GoFundMe I have since found that my engine is blown. With the amount of time I've taken off work and other expenses, everything is piling up. Any help would be much appreciated
