Troy's Recovery Journey

Troy was hit by a car on Sunday, 2/4/18, while walking his dogs. (The car slipped on the ice, but was traveling at a pretty high speed for the conditions, according to eye-witness reports.) His injuries involve multiple broken/crushed ribs, two broken arms, which were surgically set and pinned, lacerated liver (stabilized during emergency surgery) and lung lacerations. Thankfully, he appears to have no head nor spinal cord injuries, so for that we are exceedingly grateful!

Troy's journey back to full health is going to be long and painful. This traumatic incident will result in inevitable financial challenges, as well. Some friends and family have suggested we set up this GoFundMe account to help Troy's family alleviate some of the financial stress, at the very least. Erica is humbled by this, but admits it would help her get through these next several months.
