We are a group of television students in their final semester at California State University Northridge. Throughout this semester we have been tasked with creating a 20 minute pilot for a new series.
Throughout this semester we will be raising money for our project "Trippin'"which follows two best friends who find themselves in a world of trouble and their only option is to flee from the police.

Director's Letter
My name is Sigrun Mathiesen. I am the writer and director of “Trippin’”, a short film about two best friends who accidentally kill a man. The story follows Jo and Max who take matters into their own hands, which means going against the law and fleeing the authorities, though that is only a portion of the story. These two strong female characters go on a journey together and by facing hardships and difficulties, they eventually change for the better and grow closer to each other.
What's The Story?
It is a story about a true friendship, compromises and the ups and downs of life. How far are you willing to go for the number one person in your life? Are you someone’s Ride or Die?
What We Need
California State University, Northridge is requiring that thesis projects raise a minimum of $10,000 to make the project successful. . With your generous donation, you will be able to help us obtain what we need to make this project successful.
We will be using these funds for:
Locations and film permits
We have three different Locations
Equipment Rentals
Cameras, lenses, lighting etc.
Crafts Services and Catering
Licensing Fees
Transportation- equipment trucks/vans.
Talent
Music Composer
