Triplett and McClish Families Emergency Fund

On Wednesday May 19, 2021, after their daughter's softball game; a Johnstown Johnnies district Championship win; the Triplett family was headed home and were involved in a tragic car accident.  Barb Triplett sadly lost her life. Mike, her son, sustained minor injuries. Cortney remains in ICU in stable but critical condition.  Their daughter's boyfriend, Nolan, sustained serious injuries that required surgery.  He remains hospitalized but is thankfully stable and doing well.  

For the past several years you may have seen the Triplett and McClish families at any ball field, basketball court, volleyball game as a staple part of the Johnstown family.   Mike recently finished his year coaching softball for the Johnnies Middle School team.  Cortney spends her days working at the Galena Diner and watching her grandbabies.  Grandma Barb will be sorely missed as she was a huge support to the Johnnies and dedicated her life to education.

Cortney is going to have a very lengthy hospital stay, has faced 2 surgeries with more to come, and rehab in the months to come.  Her family and friends can not wait to see her contagious smile that lights up the room.  She loves with her whole heart and it's time for us to return that love!

In addition to your prayers for recovery and mental health after facing such a horrible event we are hoping to help cover the cost of the extensive medical bills.  These local families face many challenges in the months and years to come.
