Triple Ironman for Uganda VF

I'm attempting a Triple Ironman (11.2km swim, 540km cycle and 124km run) on 22nd July. (cut-off time is 64 hours)
Just like last year's fundraiser for the Double Ironman I'm raising money for the Uganda Volunteers Foundation.
The €3000 raised from last year was put to incredible use. A dormitory was built for the kids to sleep in, several bags of food were bought to feed the kids for many months and the 5 kids in the above photo have been sponsored to go to school and get an education for the next 7 years. (See photos)
Euro goes so so far over there due to the minimal cost of living. €1 is worth around €10-€15 so I encourage everyone to keep donations anonymous if you prefer and even donate a small amount if that's only what's feasible.
