Triple amputee needs UTV

Meet my dad. He has been a triple amputee all his life. He was burnt in a house fire when he was only 4 months old. He has never let his "disability" slow him down, but he is now almost 70 years old. He recently moved from Tennessee to Kansas. His new house is on the corner of 2 dirt roads. He enjoys being outside, being in his yard and exploring his new surroundings. The problem is the residents of his new area for down the dirt roads and it is VERY unsafe on his small mobility scooter. He needs something that is more visible, has bright lights, taller, has seat belts, but he is still able to get around easily. He doesn't want to drive a truck anymore and don't fear I designed pedals for him to be able to operate this UTV no problem. Please find it in your heart to help my dad to be able to get out of his house and see the world again in this beautiful state. God Bless
