Trip to the Mayo/Medical bills

Looking for answers in Arizona...
These past 9 months have been extremely difficult for my family and I. In May of last year I thought I had pulled a muscle in my back, it got increasingly worse and by July I could barely walk. By August i had to use a wheelchair to get around and it hasn’t gotten any better. I am in constant pain, all day and all night. I have seen multiple doctors and they are all baffled. I have gone to my primary, 2 ortho, an OB, a rheumatologist, neurologist, and the university of Utah. I have had 2 surgeries and a biopsy.. no answers were provided. The doctors I have encountered have not seen anything that resembles what I have, so they are unsure how to treat it. So far they have speculated I have endometriosis, focal myositis, and now they are calling it myositis ossificans (my muscles are turning to bone) but they are not ruling out cancer either. They recommend I do another biopsy, and go to the Mayo Clinic in Arizona for answers and hopefully a treatment so I can get my life back. I cannot stand or walk for more than a few minutes and some days I am so weak I can’t get out of bed. I cannot play with my kids or do household chores. I lost my job in November and have been looking for work, but the pain has gotten so bad I am on a morphine patch and its barely helping. I have also applied and been denied disability. I am going to appeal but that process sometimes takes a year or more. I am asking for help to get to Arizona and assistance with mounting medical bills. My family and I would greatly appreciate your help.
