Trigger's Surgery

Trigger was hit by a car on Wednesday, March 22nd and left on the side of the road where my dad found him, luckily alive. We took him to the vet in Appomattox where they patched up his road rash and took x-rays. They said nothing was broken and that he was just sore, he should be fine within a week or so.

A week later; Trigger cannot walk on his back legs at all and he cries in pain when he does move. He drags his hind legs behind him as he supports his weight on his front legs. Meaning: we have to make another vet visit since something is obviously not right with him.

Trigger is my baby and I want to make sure he gets the care he deserves, but unfortunately the two vet bills (the first one being $700 already, second one unknown) is something I cannot financially handle on my own. I will do anything for Trigger to make sure he is okay and in that spirit I am reaching out to my friends and family for help. Trigger and I would be extremely grateful for any help we can receive from the community. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for the love and support we have already received.
