Tricia's Holding On To Hope

Tricia is 39 years old and was born and raised in Michigan by her incredible parents (Jeff & Jean) and has an older brother (Eric) and a younger sister (Elaine). She currently resides in the Grand Rapids area with her 3 adorable kids ages 7, 9 and 15 along with the love of her life (Josh). Tricia is undeniably the most caring daughter, loving sister, devoted mom and faithful friend anyone could ever ask for. Her almost obnoxious hands-on parenting makes her the mom every kid wishes they had. She is fun, crazy, outgoing, wild, loud and always the first to test out a new trampoline, electric Scooter or unicycle (unless she's busy showing off by walking all the way around the house on her hands). Her love of life and strong desire to make everyone around her smile and have a good time are just a couple attributes that make Tricia equally beautiful inside as she is on the outside.

On September 22nd 2017, Tricia was tragically diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer. Initially diagnosed with Stage 2 Breast Cancer just a week prior, Computerized Tomography (CT) Scans, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Positron Emission Tomography (PET) Scans found that the Cancer had already progressed to other area's of her body, including her bones.

As there is currently no cure for Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer, Tricia's doctors have implemented Horomone Therapy and she will undergo surgery within the next couple of weeks to remove her ovaries in order to prevent the cancer cells from growing/dividing.

Between the upcoming surgery, doctor appointments, treatment and the progression of her illness it is unclear if/when or how long Tricia will be able to continue her employment. Her close family and friends are doing everything possible to remove the financial burden that is inevitable but are unable to cover all expenses necessary for Tricia and her children to maintain as much normalcy as possible during this calamity.

100% of funds donated will go towards medical bills that are not covered by insurance for Tricia's treatment, mortgage payments, utility bills, groceries and care for her children.

There are no words to describe how truly grateful Tricia and her family are for your generosity during this time of tribulation and THANK YOU deeply for your grace and unrelenting prayers.
