Tri 4 Kristie (2018)

It's impossible to think of my mother, Kristie Yaakoby, without thinking of two things. Her strength and her perseverance. In her life she was always wanting do more, reach a new goal, complete that last rep, or in her own words "cowgirl up." With these philosophies in mind, Karen Kirt and myself have planned the Kristie Yaakoby Memorial Triathlon in hope to not only raise cancer awareness but also to honor my mother. All proceeds from this account will go to cancer research in both Traverse City, Michigan as well as Chicago. This years triathlon will take place June 16th, at the Nedows Bay and Park in Leland, Mi. We hope to see you there!
