Trevor is 33 years old and has Polycystic Kidney Disease. He is married to Tiffany and they have a 2 year old son.
Trevor is currently inpatient at the University of Wisconsin Madison Hospital for kidney failure. He will be starting dialysis and will be needing a kidney transplant in the near future.
Trevor is a firefighter and paramedic with Rockton Fire Department. He was formally a firefighter with North Park Fire Department and a former EMT with Metro Medical Services.
Trevor has actively served his community his entire adult life. The Zumwalt Family now needs our support during this difficult time.
All funds will be given to the Zumwalt Family for medical and financial support while Trevor is unable to work.
