"Treat"ments for Gus

Our precious, 4 year old golden retriever, Gus was diagnosed with lymphoma over the weekend. Dave and I's hearts are utterly broken, but we are looking forward to cherishing every single moment we have with our sweet boy. Compromising Gus' quality of life for any amount of time is NOT an option. With much lower doses than in humans, Gus has started chemo treatments to improve his symptoms and prolong his quantity AND quality of life. Gus is the center of our world and our hearts. He makes every day better and we want to make his days the BEST days.
