Travis Harper-2023 Jr. Olympics

Travis Harper, age 15, has earned an invitation to compete in the 2023 National Rifle Junior Olympic Championship in Colorado Springs, CO in April. He will be competing in the U18 category, which is for those under the age of 18.

The Junior Olympics is sanctioned by USA Shooting, which is charted by the United States Olympic Committee as the National Governing Body for the sports of shooting. The North Dakota qualifying event was held in Minot in January 2023 in which Travis scored a 532 out of 600 in shooting small bore at 50 meters.

The money raised will assist with the registration fee and travel expenses for Travis and his parents, Bob and Karalee, to attend this invitation-only event.
