TRAP surgery expenses

Hi our names are Savanna and Sam. The pregnancy we having is highly rare, known as Twin Reversed Arterial Perfusion. Also known as trap. Both babies are sharing a placenta and were identical twins. They were sharing a womb in the beginning before getting separated. While both babies are sharing the placenta one portion is larger than the other. The baby with the larger placenta was able to receive oxygen and develop their organs properly, while the baby with the smaller placenta was not able to receive the oxygen needed and did not develop organs as they should have and was not able to develop a heart at all. Baby B (who has the larger placenta and known as pump twin) is alive but pumping blood to Baby A who isn't, and giving Baby A the nutrients that Pump twin been receiving. While doing this it created a false heart beat making seem both babies were well. when in all reality Pump Twin is giving Baby A everything it has and has been pumping blood for the both of them. We're going to have to do a surgery out of state because this pregnancy is rare and even tho baby A did not make it, there is a "heartbeat" making it illegal because it's "abortion" even tho the heart beat is not its own, and is basically using Pump Twin as a life support to grow. If this goes untreated both babies will not make it and I will be at risk as well. Doing the surgery will allow Pump baby to live and Baby A to no longer lean on there twin.
