Transportation to medical appts

I am asking for monetary help to find a reliable car to get to my dialysis appointments and capoeira classes I teach.

Despite not having any current means of personal transportation, I recently moved to Pismo Beach, CA to assume leadership of a Capoeira (Brazilian martial art) studio. Although I’m excited for the opportunity to share this martial art I’ve practiced for over 15 years, it’s left me in a precarious situation regarding my dialysis and doctor appointments. These appointments begin before the busses start running, and my current insurance does not cover transportation to the center. If I don’t make these I am at serious risk of becoming sicker, and so it’s with humility that I am reaching out for help. Thank you for your time and help, anything would be greatly appreciated.
