recovery for a transplant revision

2.5 years ago i was lucky enough to qualify for an islet cell transplant that saved my life.  I was only the 26th person in Wisconsin to have this surgery which included removal of my pancreas, spleen and portions of my stomach, small intestines and relocating my bile duct. 
about a year after i started to develop sever stomach issues with stomach lining contractions and ulcers because of bile reflux from my liver.

Since  i have tried multiple medications to decrease the bile and subside the pain. As time went on things have gotten worse and now I have ulcers in my small intestines as well as i throw up if i bend over or lay down after eating.  

I have tried everything and at this point I am being sent back to transplant to have a revision.  What this includes is disconnecting my stomach from my small intestine and adding a look of bowel and connecting my bile duct further away from my stomach to prevent the reflux and eliminate the ulcers and throwing up.

as of last winter I am a single mother of 3 girls and haven't been able to hold a job due to being sick.  last week the bank took my car because i could not afford the payments.

my priority right now is to just get through surgery and be able to provide a stable life for my girls until I heal and can get a full time job and do it on my own..My hospital stay is estimated at a week with 6-8 weeks recovery.. During my transplant my bowel shut down for 15 days... Praying that does not happen again...

Any support is appreciated. This has been an extremely  long road for not just me but my girls and my wonderful friends who without i would not be here..

I should have a surgery date by the first week in April. Gas cards for appts,  I have to find a vehicle that runs and is safe,  I do have alittle money to put toward a car but anything helps..
