Transitioning to Miina

Hello friends, family, and people of the intranets. We have a friend who has struggled her whole life with the mentality of being a woman trapped in a man's body. We have seen the pain that she goes through with the struggle of being her true self  while always trying to keep a smile on her face. She has always dreamt of going through with a physical change of becoming a woman but being from Mexico and under the financial struggles that she is currently going through, it's a dream that she thinks she will never be able to attain. Our goal is to help her become the woman she is destined to be, Miina is a kind and wonderful person who is always helping others and we would like to help her in return. We would greatly appreciate any and all support in helping Miina fulfill her dreams.
