Dear Family and Friends,
On behalf of our family we would like to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your generosity. Thanks to the donations made here and others made directly to the funeral home, we will be able to proceed with my dad's services and burial on Friday, August 4, 2017. Any remaining funds will be used to help settle his final affairs.
We have learned that there were so many people who knew and loved our dad. We are deeply moved by the outpouring of support and concern we have received following his death. His sudden passing has left a void in many of our lives. Yet, our father was a man who enjoyed life. In it, he found adventure, beauty, and wisdom, which he imparted to the three of us. We consider ourselves lucky to be his children.
All are welcome to join us in celebration of his life Friday, August 4, at Mothe's Funeral Home in Harvey, with the burial taking place immediately after at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Gretna, LA. Admittance to the public will begin at 10:30 am and services will begin at 1:30 pm. Please feel free to contact me by email with questions or concerns.
