Traction on Demand - Primary School in Jaipur

In October, we kicked off Traction on Demand’s adoption of a local primary school, Govt. School, Jaisinghpura. Based 5km away from the Jaipur office, this school needs a ton of support in all areas, including school infrastructure, materials for the teachers, and basic necessities for the children. ToD is committed to working with this school over an extended period of time to support in as many areas as possible.

Traction on Demand selected this school as we truly believe we can have a positive impact on the school, and the 52 children that attend the school. We are starting our engagement with two major infrastructure improvement projects, focusing on clean water and bathrooms. These two areas have a great impact on the children’s health, and therefore their ability to learn.

Funds raised will go towards the following projects:
- Building sustainable infrastructure to provide safe drinking water to the school: $700 CAD
- The renovation and construction of sanitary bathrooms: $3500 CAD

Please note that since the school is not a registered nonprofit, you will not receive a tax receipt when donating. However, T4G will match any donation you make, up to $200!
