Help Baby Luke

Please help us save this sweet colt!!! Balou Label "Luke" was bred by Danielle and Andrew Parsons of Turtle Creek Equestrian. He was injured in a terrible accident a few weeks ago. He ran out of his stall during his daily stall cleaning and impaled himself with a wheelbarrow. The handle of the wheelbarrow went through his abdomen and he needed emergency surgery. The Parsons put him through surgery and have been vigorously caring for him.

Last night (October 8th) "Luke" became ill and collicked. He had to be hospitalized again. He made it through the night, but is in critical condition. The Vet says he needs surgery and they need an $8,000 deposit to start. The Parsons have already paid over $15,000 in his medical care between the previous surgery and his recent hospital stay. They had no choice but to bring him home because they can no longer afford to hospitalize him.

They are currently trying to hire someone to help them with his at home care until they can find a way to get "Luke" the surgery he needs.

The Parsons are hard working, good people. They are active members of the community and care meticulously for their animals. This GoFundMe may be the difference of life and death for this sweet colt. "Luke" is a fighter and a stunning little boy. Any little bit you can contribute would help.

Please help me raise as much money as we can to help baby "Luke" and the Parsons.
