Hello there,
We are a group of students from Nakara Primary School who have just competed in the NT Tournament of Minds challenge in Darwin. Tournament of Minds is a problem-solving program for teams of students from both primary and secondary years. They are required to solve demanding, open-end challenges from three different categories (Language Literature, Science and Technology and Social Science). This year due to our hard work and effort, we have won two of the primary categories, Language Literature and Science and Technology. Now we are heading of to Adelaide to compete in the Australasian Pacific Finals. We would absolutely love to send all fourteen of us to Adelaide to compete, but to do this we must fundraise for the cost of this trip. So far, we have set a goal of $5500 and would absolutely appreciate any donations, even if it’s a small amount, as everything counts. We would hope to achieve this goal by the 19th of October 2017, as we leave on the 26th.
