I am reaching out for help for my very good friend of 40 years, Kitty Muller! Kitty is one of those rare nurturing individuals who has gifted many fortunate individuals with her good listening skills. Her soft spoken voice invites friends and family and strangers to witness her wisdom, easy bouts of laughter with absolute compassion. Kitty’s creative and sensitive mind cradles all conversations with care. She listens with her heart. And she leaves her heart for all healing to begin.
Kitty has been a widow and single parent for many years. She raised two very fine children in a tiny one level house. Through many years, Kitty kept a firm hold on her finances and on her home life as well as her willingness to help others.
April 2020 Kitty was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. From that day, Kitty has had three surgeries, chemo and radiation therapies. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Kitty was laid off from her job, and lost her health insurance during chemotherapy treatment. She is now benefiting from Medicare. But many previous medical bills remain.
I am asking for help. Since her treatment, medical bills have accrued. Kitty needs to raise at least $5,000 to cover her past treatment medical bills as soon as possible.
It is my hope we can help to remove the burden of Kitty’s debt. Kitty is still undergoing treatments and is very tired and dealing with the last few painful weeks of radiation.
