Tornado Relief For EMS Chief.
On 5-28-2019 at 18:00hrs a EF2 tornado with 111-135mph winds touched down in Berks County Pennsylvania, directly hitting the home of the local EMS Chief of the district. Luckily Chief Carmen was actively watching the weather and managed to get his entire family into the basement for safety just as the tornado struck his home. Thankfully none of the family was injured, however significant damage was done to the residence, multiple vehicles and personal property.
Chief Carmen has been EMS Chief since 2013, but has been in the volunteer fire service since 1991. Joe has raised 2 grown daughters, along with 2 teenage boys and 2 babies in the adoption process
Joe's insurance is in place, but unfortunately they aren't covering everything lost.
Please donate something to a family in need led by a man who has devoted his life to protecting and serving the citizens and community.
Thank You!
