Tori Grace's Strength
Donation protected
8 month old Tori Grace Lighthall & her Grandma Vicki have started this fund to help with Tori’s medical costs which have mound up from many treatments with many specialists in the early months of her life to 3 upcoming surgeries for which she and her parents will be traveling to Boston from Cincinnati the end of November. Finding no solution for Tori’s health problems in Cincinnati, Mom went for a second opinion with a wonderful doctor at Boston Children’s who does the surgeries Tori needs. Tori will have her chest opened on Dec. 7th and an artery that is laying on her trachea, causing her breathing, eating & swallowing problems, will be moved. The condition is called tracheomalacia. There are 3 levels to the condition and Tori’s is the worst. After surgery she and Mom & Dad will be staying in Boston for a few weeks of recovery. To let you know what she is having done: Anterior descending aortopexy with posterior tracheopexy (hopefully both done in the first surgery) and then a trachea bronchopexy in the following surgery. It sounds serious because it is serious. We are hoping that you will consider making a donation to the cause, no matter the amount, and for those who want to help but can’t donate right now, please continue with your prayers & thoughts in any denomination And may God guide Dr. Jennings’ hands in these procedures so our little trooper will come home to us all healed and ready to flash that beautiful little smile for us for many years to come
